Eggs

Beans are another type of food that helps to burn belly fat. Although bean is known to be associated with flatulence, they are also a good source of fiber, vegetable protein and iron. The best types of beans to eat are: navy beans, white beans, kidney beans and lima beans. However there are also certain types of beans like baked beans and refried beans that you must avoid. These types of beans are processed beans and like baked beans, they contain a lot of sugar which amount to more carbohydrates. Refried beans on the other hand, contain massive amounts of saturated fat which defeat the entire purpose of trying to lose fat.

Oatmeal

Although oatmeal may not be the tastiest food around, they are high in nutritional value. Because they have high content of soluble fiber, they actually help to reduce blood cholesterol by removing those highly acidic digestive juices of your system. Ensure that you eat the plain ones and not those which have been flavoured with sugar.

Olive Oil

Although olive oil is fat in nature, it is a good type of fat which the body needs. It contains monounsaturated fat as opposed to polyunsaturated fat. An ounce olive oil will actually provide you with 85% of what your body need daily.
